Its founders witnessed the same painful cycle: manipulated field data bleeding corporate budgets, undisplayed merchandise silently eroding sales and market share, and products expiring on back shelves while reports showed perfect execution. They built Tactic to close the gap between field reality and boardroom data — permanently.
